Mobile App Description

You now have access to emergency transportation solutions in the palm of your hand. The MASA Global App allows you to check and update your membership information, view payment history, immediately access benefits, and view up-to-the-minute claims processing information, along with many more features to come. This comprehensive app is essential for all MASA Global members, whether at home or traveling.

• Membership Information

• Accessible from the Home Page, members can view a digital version of their membership card along with all membership details, including their membership ID number, type, status, fee, coverage date, renewal date, and any listed spouse or dependent(s).

• Payment

• The payment page displays a history of all payments on the member's account and enables members to pay missed or declined payments.

• Benefits

• The benefits page offers a concise summary of membership benefits. Members can also download a digital copy of their Member Services Agreement and opt-in for push notifications for updates.

• Profile

• The Profile Page allows members to activate or deactivate biometric log-in for their account and contact MASA directly via phone or email through the app.
